Our Team

Roxanne originally hails from San Francisco, California and has lived in Argentina, Australia and ten states within the U.S., including Alaska. She currently lives in the West Bay area of Doha with her husband,  4.5 old Patrick and 2.5 old Lucia (aka Lulu). Roxanne is the current Group Administrator for Doha Mums. In her former life she was a litigation consultant, a Certified Public Accountant and a truck driver.

Originally from Australia, Sarah has lived in the UK and America. This is her first time living in the Gulf. She has settled in West Bay with her husband David and two daughters -- five-year old Lucinda  and three-year old Phoebe.  A graduate of the Intercontinental Hotel School, she has over fifteen years of experience in public relations & special events.  Sarah organizes countless events for the group.

Linda is the mum of a little boy going through his Terrible Twos and a one-year old diva girl.  She moved to Doha from Kuwait with her family and has grown to love being in the Doha desert.  After working for ten years in the tourism industry, Linda is quite happy to now be a tourist herself.  She designs beaded and Swarovski jewelry and enjoys teaching both kids and adults how to make their own pieces.

Originally from Canada, Natalie has lived in Taiwan, France and England.  She has been in Doha for nearly a year and has settled in nicely with her husband and two girls - Justine (3) and Emilie (1.5) - in the West Bay area.  Currently a stay-at-home mom, her previous jobs include office manager, teacher and administrative assistant.

Hiba is originally from Egypt but lived and worked in several Middle Eastern and North African countries before settling in Doha with her husband and two boys, aged 3 and 4.  (Her kids have the coolest names on earth - just ask her!) In her former life she worked for over 10 years for the Special Olympics, a global organization that advocates the rights of individuals with intellectual disabilities; she has also worked as an accountant and a martial arts coach. Hiba also hosts the New & Expectant Mums Coffee at City Center.

An Aussie who has traveled to 30 countries and lived in four, Susan knows a little about a lot.  Our resident writer, researcher and parenting enthusiast, Susan is our very own Doha Mums genius and wrote much of the content for this website.
