Stroller Walking Group

SUSPENDED UNTIL FALL

Join our Stroller Walking Group every Monday & Wednesday from 9 AM to 10 AM inside Villaggio Mall.

We will meet just outside the entrance of the kids play area Gondolania.

Please show up 15 minutes early. We don't want to leave anyone behind. If you are running late you can call the group leader at 611-9297 and catch up with us.

We will power/speed walk for the hour stopping throughout the walk to incorporate some toning exercises and of course a warm up and cool down.

This will be a good time to get us mums together who need some extra exercise in our lives but want to do it with our kids.

What would you need?
You, your baby and the stroller. Just about any kind of stroller will do so long as it's not prone to tipping. Kids can take classes up to any age so long as they still enjoy a ride in the stroller. Bring water, towel & snacks for your kid(s).

You can RSVP but there is no need to. Just show up and be prepared to have a good time!
