Application procedure: Complete the registration form with Petits Pas and provide copies of your child's immunization record, a letter of health from your pediatrician, copies of the parents' and child's RP, and recent photos of the child.

Required teacher trainings/education: B.A. in Education for teachers and a nursing degree plus experience for our on-staff nurses. Most of our teachers are also CPR & First Aid certified.

Extracurricular activities: Sessions for gymnastics, dance, painting, etc. are offered as part of the Petits Pas program. Swimming classes are offered after school for a separate fee.

French and English Programs: Our language philosophy consists of presenting one language at at time, and creating a language reference for the child in order to increase the language skills and eliminate language confusion. Based on this philosophy, Petits Pas presents the English and French programs separately. Specific teachers only speak to the children in French, while other teachers only speak to the children in English.
Nurses: We have several nurses on staff at Petits Pas.
The "linking rings" promote color recognition, patterning and fine motor skills.
Grassy Play area: We have a grassy area, and much of our playground is covered with recycled-rubber tires to help prevent playground injuries.
Shaded outdoor play area: Yes, much of our outdoor playground is shaded.
Dedicated indoor play area: Yes, we have a large and beautifully-lit playroom inside.

Nut Policy: Students are not allowed to bring nuts of any kind.

Petits Pas is a bright place where children feel free and happy. My son loves his teachers, friends, activities - he loves to be busy and there he is never bored. We also love the fact that he is well-fed with a balanced diet and put to sleep in his own bed. The nursery has its own swimming pool and we are looking forward to the warmer season when my son could start swimming. Spacious and safe indoor and outdoor play areas make it possible to enjoy energetic activities all year round. There are many things that make this nursery special but we just feel it is beneficial and totally positive for our little boy in all aspects - so that's why we chose it!

Our little girl Habiba has been with Petits Pas Nursery for 6 months now and has always been well cared for. One of Petits Pas biggest highlights which caught our attention straight away and made us feel confident this is the right nursery for our daughter after looking around other nurseries in the area is their team members for being understanding, positive and enthusiastic. Petits Pas nursery’s focus is on the child as an individual, they are taking care of my daughter in a professional and nurturing way. We feel completely at ease because Habiba is in safe home from home environment that allows her to play and to learn new skills through a variety of activities but the most fundamental thing is that habiba enjoys it very much and always comes back with smiles.
They also provide us with a daily report of my daughter’s activities i.e. educational program, food, sleep & nappy change. Plus a full monthly report that includes all the educational material that has been introduced. We also love the fact that all the meals they offer are all freshly prepared.
We have just came back from a 2-week vacation and as much as my husband and myself felt the positive change in Habiba’s personality and behaviour so has all our family members and friends back home and we are very proud parents. Habiba’s time at the nursery is always happy and educational in a well-balanced way. Thank you very much and keep up the good work.
