Doha Corniche will be closed for vehicles during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 announced the Cabinet today.
It added that the Doha Corniche will be designated for pedestrians only from November 1 to December 19, 2022.
The Official Spokesperson for the Government Communications Office (GCO), Mohammed Nuwaymi Al Hajri, highlighted these decisions in a video on the GCO Twitter account.
The Government Communications Office announced that the decisions of the Council of Ministers is in accordance with the country’s preparations to host the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
